Both perform the same function i.e. they keep the user from drowning.
4. Swimming Fins:- They help the swimmer to swim like a fish. A swimming fin forces the swimmer to use her whole leg in swimming, instead of using just the lower part of the legs. The swimming fins makes the swimmer to swim faster and help them to be able to stay longer in the pool.
5. Nose and Ear Plugs:- These are not really necessary, but they would give comfort to the swimmer.
